You have two days after receipt of the package to verify that all parts of the kit are present and that they are not damaged. For this purpose, you have the parts drawing in the documentation supplied with the kit.
After this period we understand that everything is correct, so no claims will be accepted.<\/p>\n

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days<\/strong>, from the date of delivery of the order, to return it.<\/p>\n


In order to exercise this right, you have to write us an email at roberto@nautiluskayaks.es<\/strong> to inform us in due time so that we can authorize the return. In any case the shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n


It is very important that you return the product(s) to us perfectly packed. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.<\/p>\n

We will not accept the return of products that do not come with their original packaging or those items that have been customized and\/or adapted for the customer outside the standard of our catalog.<\/p>\n


Once we receive the items in our warehouse and verify that the above circumstances are met, we will accept the return and proceed to exchange the product or refund the amount.<\/p>\n
